I was born in Kansas City Kansas and moved to Phoenix in 1969 at age 11. I met my lovely wife Kathy at the Oracle Junction Inn, in Oracle Junction, AZ. in 1976. Together we have raised two children and are now raising our two grandchildren. In my early years I first worked at Magma Copper Company in San Manuel, AZ. after which I made my living as a Hotel Restaurant Manger, including Management and Food & Beverage Director positions at Sunrise Ski Resort on the Apache Reservation, Holiday Inn Hotel in Kayenta on the Navajo Reservation and Kohl's Ranch Resort near Payson, AZ. I attended college with my wife at the Aravipa Creek campus of Central Arizona College near Winkelman, AZ., where I was the darkroom tech and newspaper photographer for the college. My wife Kathy is known in many parts of Arizona as a very talented musician ( Vocalist, Bass Guitarist, Acoustic Guitarist, and Drummer.) Kathy played music professionally for over 30 years. Now she mostly plays at home for me. We moved to Snowflake in 1986 to escape the city life where my wife and I built our new home ( a design we discovered in the Mother Earth News Magazine ) from the ground up.. After tending bar, working the boiler at a lumber company, driving a log truck, belly dump and hauling heavy equipment, my wife and I decided I needed a new career. I then attended first the Appraisal Institute at Arizona State University and then attended the Arizona School of Real Estate in Scottsdale, AZ. After receiving my Real Estate license I worked for a broker for two years. I then opened Integrity Realty in 1997 in 1998 I returned to Real Estate School to obtain my Brokers License. I am happy to say that myself and my company have been blessed from the beginning. Thanks in large part to my wife's support and finding two loyal friends and partners Mr. John Ford and Mr. Fred Adams ( God rest his soul ).

I take my work very seriously but I don't take myself all that seriously. I believe in this world you need a sense of humor and the ability to turn lemons into lemonade. I also believe that God has a plan which is much better than anything I can conceive.
