Howard Neviser

Neuse Realty Inc located in New Bern, NC is a full service real estate company.  My primary focu currently is working with investors and commercial real estate.  For the past nine months I was the Director of the Neuse Realty Property Management Division.  We manage a diverse collection of properties;  condos, townhouses and single family homes.  All of these properties are individually owned.  We have changed our culuture from being seen as caretakers of units to a greater emphasis on managing someone else's investment by providing a greater, more "hands-on" kind of service.

Prior to beciomng a REALTOR, I spent 34 years with the Federal government in Washington D..C., primarily as an administrator in  budget , planning and decision conference facilitation..  Relocating to West Virginia began an easy transition into real estate. Over the next nine years I served three terms as the President of the Greenbrier Valley Board of REALTORS, Secretary of the WV Association of REALTORS and Chair of the Technology and Styrtegic Planning Committes respectively..  In 2006 my wife and I moved to New Bern, NC  where I am now primarily involved in property management..  All of the properties we manage are individually owned which makes us a sort of asset manager protecting investments of our clients.  My evolution to the sales side of the company enables me to wpotk with clients interested in taking advantage of the current market, lower interest rates and tax benefits of real estate investment.
