Education

•         I grew up in Wichita and attended Allen Elementary, Mead Middle School, and graduated from Southeast High School

•         I earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Ambassador University in Big Sandy, Texas

•         As a hobby I earned my private and commercial pilot licenses and an instrument rating through the Beech Employees Flying Club, with my husband as instructor

An active member of the community

•         I have lived and worked in the Wichita area all my life

•         Our family moved to Potwin in 1986

•         Our two sons, Stephen and David, attended Potwin Elementary and Remington High School

•         My husband and I were Cub Scout and Boy Scout leaders for 13 years

•         Our sons both earned the rank of Eagle Scout, and both received their pilot licenses while in high school

•         I worked at Raytheon Aircraft Company for 13 years as Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Supply Management, and was Supplier Diversity Advocate for Raytheon Aircraft for three years

•         In July 2007 I became a member of the Potwin City Council

A real estate professional

•         I began my real estate career in January 2002

•         In 2003 and 2008 I was among the Top Fifteen agents in my office in sales

•         I was awarded the Prudential Honor Society Award in January 2006 for selling 25 properties in 2005

•         As a holder of the e-PRO certification, I apply the latest Internet technology solutions to meet my clients’ real estate needs

•         For my buyer clients I hold the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation and the Certified Sales Professional designation (new construction) to better serve them in the homebuying process

•         I pledge unsurpassed service to all my customers and clients

•         My clients’ interests and concerns come first, and I maintain continual communication throughout the homebuying or homeselling process

•         For better service, I upgrade my knowledge on an ongoing basis through continuing education classes on financing, technology, and other real estate related subjects

•         I am a proud member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Kansas Association of REALTORS®, the Wichita Area Association of REALTORS®, and the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council.
