Fiona

Fiona is a second generation broker located in the north metro area of San Diego.  Born in England she moved to San Diego in 1990 and has loved living here ever since.  Starting her real estate career as a mortgage loan processor in 1991 she became a mortgage broker in 1997 and opened up her own mortgage brokerage in 1998. In 2001 Fiona shut down her mortgage brokerage and started her dream career of selling real estate on a full time basis.

Fiona loves to help first time home buyers in the San Diego area.  She keeps current on what is going on in the loan field so that she can better help her clients make savvy  purchase & mortgage decisions.  I love to "hand hold" and help buyers with their thoughts and decisions along each step of the purchase process.  I am an accredited buyer's representative.

Fiona lives in the north metro area of San Diego and services sellers in Clairemont, University City, UTC, Mira Mesa, Sorrento Mesa, Tierrasanta, Serra Mesa, Bay park, Old Town, Linda Vista, Kearney Mesa and Birdland areas.  I have experience with short sales, probate, move-up and move down sellers/buyers, seniors and relocating executives.  I negotiate well, I maintain consistent weekly contact with buyers and sellers.  I hold the certified residential specialist designation.  I am an accredited buyer's agent and help buyers with their home purchases in all San DIego County
