My service area includes Lexington, West Columbia, Irmo, Columbia, and Lake Murray area.  My areas of specialties include First time buyers, Lake Murray Homes, Investment Properties, Relocation, and Unique Properties.

As a homeowner and REALTOR® in Prescott Glen, I take a major role in promoting and marketing this neighborhood and the surrounding communities in the Lexington area.  

My personal goal is to enhance the home selling experience for all my clients. My motivation and attention to detail stems from my experience in the restaurant and retail field. I provide support, solutions, and results.  I want to make every client’s transaction to be the smoothest one they could ever have. Constant communication, updates on important issues, and helping my clients stay focused on the prize, the sale or purchase of their home are some of services I provide.

         A husband to Dorie Bermas, French Kindergarten Teacher, in Midway elementary school in Lexington School District and father to three beautiful children, twin boys Aden and Luke, and baby girl Jolie. As a family man, I understand the challenges of selling the family home and the joy a home provides.
