I've been helping families buy and sell real estate since 1980.  My daughter joined me as my partner and our goal is to make the home buying/selling process as pleasant as possible, while giving the best possible service.  We work to find the right home for our buyers and the best buyers for our sellers.    Through our involvement with Realtor associations, we know the top Realtors in every area of the country. 

We adjust to the current market conditions.  We know how to find the best deals for our buyers, and show them how to maximize their investment and all of the loan programs available.

We counsel our sellers to position their homes in the market for maximum exposure. 

I remain active in the leadership of my profession to best protect our clients.  By attending meetings and speaking with agents from other areas, I know where we're headed and how to prepare our clients .
