I enjoy giving my clients the service they need in searching for suitable properties and guiding them through the process of selecting a lender, insurance agent, and closing attorney.  I do suggest a home inspection to be done by a licensed MS home inspector on any property seriously considered for purchase.

I regularly help clients that are looking for a first time home, are new to the area because of a job or education, or are looking for a place to buy for a student. 

My listing information will give the expected tax amount due yearly on the property which can be escrowed in a monthly mortgage payment. Also, whether or not the property has homestead exemption which will normally lower the taxes by $300.00 per year.  Homestead exemption is not available in all states.
