Dorothy Ables

I am an associate-broker with Evergreen Realty .  I hold the e-PRO, SRES, and GRI designations. I have been selling residential real estate in Orange County, Ca since 1984.

I have an MSW degree with an emphasis on serving the elderly in many capacities including real estate. Most of my business is working with seniors or their representatives. I help seniors find appropriate placement if they cannot stay in their homes and either sell the home or manage it for them. I am experienced in working with probate properties as well.

I also have been a real estate instructor at the communiity collge level since 2002. I have taught RE Principles, Practice, and Legal Aspects.
