I have been a licensed Realtor in Steamboat Springs, CO for 20 years. I have also successfuly completed the Graduate of Realtor Institute several years ago and thrive on continuing education in my field.  As a 4th generation native of Steamboat Springs, I bring my personal history of the valley, my knowledge of the surroundings, and my dedication to helping my clients through the Real Estate process to each transaction. My past experience of 19 years in property management enables me to help you through the inspection process and relate to homeowner's associaton and sort through all the legal documentation. My love of the land from growing up on a farm & ranch just West of Steamboat allows me the knowledge of land stewardship and preserving our open spaces.

If you are an outdoor lover, enjoy skiing, biking, camping, and boating, I'm sure well find plenty in common. Together with my husband, Steve, we raise two beautiful young girls in this valley we are happy to call home. It is a wonderful place to raise a family and to share and educate the outdoor experience. We are proud to be a part of our local public school sytems, Routt County 4-H, Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club, the swim team, and much more.
