Dave & Nancy

Dave and Nancy Haverstock have been married business partners and real estate brokers for over 20 years. We are a real estate family dedicated to serving individuals and families as brokers for residential and residential-investment properties.

Both Dave and Nancy are Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) with the education, skills, and experience required to make your real estate transactions smooth and successful. We welcome your partnership in the process. We are consumate "team players." We also hold various other real estate designations, including the completion of the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) training and Dave holds the National Association of Homebuilders designation of Certified Sales Professional (CSP).

Both Dave and Nancy are college educated and both have attended the University of Oregon in our hometown of Eugene. Nancy is a graduate of the University of Oregon (BS) and Dave is a graduate of Linfield College (BS) and Northwest Christian University (MA). We feel that our educational experiences have helped us to be life long learners, striving to stay on top of the latest technology for the benefit of our clients. This is a dynamic world and the real estate market is certainly a part of that evolution.
