Dave Dubak ABR, e-PRO, GRI
My career has consisted of customer service, client retention, and negotiations skills. I decided to join Century 21 Ed Pariseau, REALTORS®. Utilizing the same skills as I always have except now I enjoy helping people find their dream homes.
Education is very important in what you should be looking for in a REALTOR®. I have received my ABR®designation: The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. The coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate BUYER AGENT Council(REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, to real estate practitioners who meet the specific educational and practical experience criteria.
I have also received my designation as e-PRO from the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS®. As an e-PRO REALTOR® I have learned how to help people in this competitive world of online real estate.
I also received my Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. This GRI program curriculum includes such subject as residential construction and design, listings, pricing property, marketing, law, finance, ethics, management, advertising, real estate, calculation and taxation.
