Experience
I've been a part of the RealTown & InternetCrusade family since August 2004. I began in the Administrative department where I answered phones, did some filing, data entry, and some light customer service for our e-PRO® course.
Within my first few months with the company, I moved in to the Customer Service department where I happily spent the next few years learning about domains, e-mail, blogs, and more. Once I was a seasoned customer service representative, I started writing some of our help guides and FAQ's.
As I began to spend more and more time writing, I was moved once again-- this time I was moved into our Publishing department where my main focus was writing letters, help guides, monitoring our communities, and all sorts of other little things.
Recently, I was lucky enough to be part of the team that overhauled the e-PRO® course. In the process, our team created another, entirely new course which we are quite proud of-- NAR's Web 2.0 & Social Media.
I am now the Managing Editor of RealTown, and the Director of Education and Training at InternetCrusade-- so you'll probably see me around ;)

I just started the e-PRO course and am getting excited. My sons who grew with this stuff are a big help, but they are busy doing their own things. they give me advice when they can.
