Experience
I've been here at InternetCrusade/RealTown since August 2004. I started out in the Admin department and was moved to the Customer Service / Tech Support department shortly thereafter. After learning all sorts of technical stuff for a year or two... they decided to have me help out with the Publishing Department.
I write most of the FAQ's and Help Guides you may run across at RealTown and InternetCrusade. I am going to start making video tutorials for RealTown very soon. I still help out with the phones too, so if you call in you just might get to talk to me ;)
