Carolyn R. Ward

Carolyn R. Ward, SRES, Associate Broker and Realtor, is a native New Mexican (from Deming) who has been a licensed real estate broker in Albuquerque for the past four years.  She has completed her Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation, which helps her understand the generational differences among her clients.  She is currently in hot pursuit of her GRI and has only three courses left to complete.

She and her husband, Bob Dienst, GRI, CRS , own Chocolate Properties Real Estate Consultants, where they strive to provide value far in excess of their clients' expectations.  They are committed to focusing on their CLIENTS' goals whle delivering excellent, thorough, and accurate servcie with integrity, care and respect.

In her spare time, Carolyn sings with the UNM University Chorus and serves on its Advisory Council, and chairs the 11th grade Annual Fund Committee at Bosque School.
