About Me
Mostly, I teach classes about technology to other agents. My interest in technology is fairly narrow: I like to teach about technologies that are appropriate to the real estate agent, cutting edge, relatively easy to use and that will make life easier. Everyone knows that our industry is changing and that we need all the tools we can get to be productive.
I do enjoy the sales side of real estate! While teaching occupies the greatest part of my time, I look for buyers and sellers that I think I would enjoy working with. The days are gone that I will work with just anyone. That's why I base my sales business entirely on referrals.
