Rich and Karen started Crescent Lake Realty with a vision to change the perception of real estate today. They were determined to change that perception through his knowledge of business, customer service, and real estate. 

Rich and Karen bring over 205 years combined experience in business and consulting with Fortune 100 companies such as IBM and Kraft Foods. They also personally invests in real estate and have experienced first hand many situations that their customers may encounter during the buying and/or selling process

Rich and Karen have fulfilled that need by creating a small, family owned, entrepreneurial company that acts quickly, provides exceptional customer service, and is technologically savvy to keep his clients updated throughout the buying/selling process. Karen holds a Master's in Training and Development and focuses on our employee/agent educational development, Human Resource activities, recruiting and property marketing.

Rich holds an MBA in Finance and focuses on brokerage operations, business development and property marketing.
