Pat Argo

 I am a native Floridian, accidently born in Georgia. I became licensed in 1973 because I wanted more real estate information having had to settle my mom's estate at 23.  My 35+ years since then have been a continual search for education and improving my skills in this field. In 1976 I became sole support for my 4 young daughters and have been successfully selling and renting property ever since! 

I have earned many designations but currently only use CRS, GRI. RECS and SRES because they are most recognized by those outside the profession. I have served as MLS President, Board President, Board Education Chairman for 11 years, WCR Local President & DVP, CRS State President, Director Florida Assoc., and many other committees and boards. I purchased my 1st Laptop in 1984.

I specialize in real estate in North & Central Brevard County,(Titusville, Mims, Scottsmoor, Christmas,Port St John, Cocoa, Merritt Island, Cape Canaveral, Rockledge, Viera, Suntree, Melbourne) which is 78 miles long. and 21 wide. I've lived in Titusville,close to the Space Center entry, since 1965. This is a quiet primarily residential and agricultural community with beautiful all natural beaches and the Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge. What I love is that I can get to almost anything I could ever want in an hours drive or less, but I do not have to live "In" it. Many areas have low turnovers. My first years "farming" were a bust because no one moved! There are still a lot of original owners or their kids in the family home!

I am licensed as a Broker Associate with Keller Williams Realty of Brevard. I specialize in successfully marketing, renting, selling and couseling sellers and buyers regarding single family, attached and small investment properties.  I have helped many first time buyers as well as relocation, move-ups, downsizing and seniors with their real estate needs. I am now serving the third generation for some of my clients. I have thrived in past "down or bad" markets.

One family has requested my help  over the years.with 13 transactions. Many others are referred to me by those who have used my services or been referred to me by another Realtor. I see my role more as educator and advisor rather than sales. With enough information they will make the right informed decisions.
