Seattle Real Estate really keeps you on your toes.  Having been a real estate agent for almost 18 years, you would think that some day it would get boring...but no.  Seattle is so on the cutting edge of technological advances, that life in real estate gets more interesting every day.

While I live on the Eastside, in Kirkland WA,  I find myself on the Seattle side of the 520 bridge quite often.  Since I started real estate in Seattle over by Green Lake, I find most areas in Seattle to be as easy to maneuver around as I do Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond and most of the Eastside.

My clients have become my friends.  Many have bought and sold more than one property, and it's always great hearing from them.  I don't like to print testimonials, because I find them to be very personal.  That my clients stay in touch with me, refer their friends and business associates to me, and call me again and again about their real estate needs, is testimony enough for me.

My partner, Kim Harris, and I do most everything together.  He has been in Seattle since he got back from Viet Nam...a very long time.  He's been in real estate a year longer than I have going back to 1989.  Together we seem to be able to handle just about anything.

Kim and I own Sound Realty.  In this ever changing market place, it's been great being able to represent our clients without a lot of layers of red tape.  We can do whatever makes sense for our clients, particularly when it comes to real estate commissions, without needing to "get permission" from anyone.

I embrace all that is new in this industry.  More and better choices for people buying and selling real estate has been a very slow growth area.  But it's been fun to be part of the recent changes and I'm hopeful that we will see more and more change and options every year.

Many of my clients work for Microsoft, as well as Google, and they keep me on the cutting edge or what people really want from their real estate professional.  Mostly they want to be included in the process.  While they appreciate everything I do for them, they want to be a big part in the process.  Everyone is different, but adding their talents to my expertise produces amazing results.  I look forward to being in the industry for a very long time.
