Abraham Joshua

I am the broker of record of my own brokerage - 1st Realty Resource, 606 Frederick Rd, Catonsville, MD 21228.  I chose to open my own brokerage after 11+ years with  a local Remax office.  I have been in the field for over 16 years. I have had adequate experience and longevity in the market to cultivate a referral base. I work in the Greater Baltimore region, which includes the counties of Baltimore, Howard, Carroll, Harford and the City of Baltimore.

Recently I took my license as a Loan Originator, but have not decided if I want to jump in to field at this time. I have just received my Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) designation.

I enjoy the real estate and its anciliary fields and look forward to spending my time learning and continuing to help the agents who have chosen to join me and my clients and customers as I practice my knowledge.
