Buying A Home in the Greater Lansing Real Estate Market? Now's the Time to Make Your Move

Aug. 4, 2008

"Now's the Time to Make Your Move"The current Real Estate market conditions in Lansing are challenging (to say the least) with nearly 6300 properties on the market. But, there has never been a better time to buy. Interest rates are low, there are more homes to choose from than ever before, prices have become more realistic for home buyers and the greater Lansing area has tons to offer.

Buying a first home is one of the most important decisions a person can make, but it can be a complex process. Buying or selling a home usually requires disclosure forms, inspection reports, mortgage documents, insurance policies, deeds, and multi-page settlement statements. As a knowledgeable expert I will help you prepare the best transaction, and avoid delays or costly mistakes. Weather you are a first-time homebuyer or experienced, this Buyer’s Toolkit will assist you in to assure a smooth and successful process.
The new Federal Housing Tax Credit is offering special assistance for first time home buyers up to $7500.00, which should stimulate additional sales in the greater Lansing real estate market.
My goal is to provide you with the latest real estate marketing systems, technology and a high level of customer satisfaction to get you happily moved into your new home or to sell your existing home. In modern markets, having a technological edge can make a dramatic impact. I have that edge, and I am looking forward to using it to your advantage.

Market Report, Greater Lansing Area, 4th Quarter 2007

Jan. 30, 2008

Well, here's the 4th Quarter results for the greater Lansing real estate market, although it's history now, it does give us some solid facts and figures to measure our upcoming spring market for 2008. Note, that the report breaks down each community so you can get facts and figures on Grand Ledge, Holt, Okemos, Dewitt and all the other areas of Lansing. I have also included the NAR update on homeownership. The reason for this is because there has never been a better time to buy a house then right now. Interest rates are at new lows, there is plenty of properties to pick from, and pricing has came back to reality after the inflated numbers we saw from 2001 to 2005.

Start equipping yourself with the tools necessary to make your best home purchase. In most businesses, knowledge equals power, and real estate is certainly no exception. You can get additiional FREE Reports here. You can also visit my sidebar for more articles on real estate.
