The current Real Estate market conditions in Lansing are challenging (to say the least) with nearly 6300 properties on the market. But, there has never been a better time to buy. Interest rates are low, there are more homes to choose from than ever before, prices have become more realistic for home buyers and the greater Lansing area has tons to offer.

Well, here's the 4th Quarter results for the greater Lansing real estate market, although it's history now, it does give us some solid facts and figures to measure our upcoming spring market for 2008. I have also included the NAR update on homeownership. The reason for this is because there has never been a better time to buy a house then right now. Interest rates are at new lows, there is plenty of properties to pick from, and pricing has came back to reality after the inflated numbers we saw from 2001 to 2005.
