These single family homes are in the City of Worthington. Well ....the City of Worthington and Village of Riverlea. The Columbus Board of Realtors MLS area lumps them together. MLS areas go away soon.
Worthington School District a market report November 2009 includes Worthington, Riverlea, City of Columbus homes and homes in Worthington schools in unincorporated areas (townships.) The Ohio school districts existed long before much of this area was developed or annexed.

There are homes on the market in the Village of Riverlea included in the 70 homes for sale.
These are all single family homes only! Previous monthly reports were single family and condominiums combined. The graph here is only single family for all months. We can create separate graphs and data now for single family and condominiums. I am happy about this change with Trendgraphix.

The data and graph represent ONLY single family homes. Previously Trendgraphix lumped single family and condominium homes together! I can still pull the information together but can also break it out by type and so much more to show trends in sales, inventory, days on market...
