The homes represented by the graph are all single family homes in the Columbus Board of REALTORS® MLS (multiple listing service.) The Columbus Board of REALTORS® covers a huge swath of the middle of the state, way more ground than I cover personally. The graph shows list and sale prices of single family homes for "ALL COUNTIES COMBINED (Columbus Board)" for the past 15 months.
"The Columbus Board of REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) serves all of Franklin, Delaware, Fayette, Madison, Morrow and Union Counties and parts of Champagne, Clark, Hocking, Licking, Fairfield, Knox, Logan, Marion, Pickaway and Ross Counties." I don't.

The graph represents the single family homes for sale for the past 15 months in the City of Worthington and the Village of Worthington. The Columbus Board of REALTORS MLS area for the City of Worthington lumps the Village of Riverlea but does not include the entire Worthington school district. There was 8.7 months of inventory, a buyers market in the City of Worthington (and Riverlea) but that is better than February 2009 when there were 10.1 months of inventory.
