Sea Pines Plantation Experiencing Upward Trend In Closed To List Price Ratio
Matt Houle, owner of Exit Realty of Hilton Head, reports that "according to statistics provided by the Hilton Head Multiple Listing Service, Sea Pines Plantation is experiencing upward momentum in the closed price to list price ratio". Houle further states , "in January 2009 the ratio of close price to list price was 86.07%, in February 2009 that same ratio was 89.47% and in March 2009 the ratio increased to 93%. These numbers seem to suggest that home prices in Sea Pines Plantation have stabilized and is further evidenced by a steady monthly increase in the number of closed transactions from January 2009.
