Hilton Head Plantation Home Sales Increase 

Matt Houle, agent/owner of Exit Realty of Hilton Head, located on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, reports that home sales in Hilton Head Plantation during the month of April have increased.  "This is very encouraging", says Houle, "the upward trend of home sales, that started in January of 2009 is continuing to show strength.  In fact, home sales in Hilton Head Plantation for the month of April 2009, are outpacing new listings, according to statistics provided by the Hilton Head Multiple Listing Service."

Houle points out, "this is further evidence that the above normal inventory levels are continuing to be worked off, which is needed for the market to return to a stabilized level.  Since the beginning of 2009 buyers have observed that now is a great time to buy and they are continuing to take advantage of the attractive pricing before prices start to increase."
