2389 homes were sold
1862 average sq. ft.
$183,388 average sold price

January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2006

2255 homes were sold
1884 average sq.ft.
$187,256 average sold price

January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2007

2102 homes were sold
1882 average sq.ft.
$196,922 average sold price

January 1, 2008 to July 31, 2008

939 homes were sold thru July
1859 average sq.ft.
$205,425 average sold priceS
