I am thrilled to have this opportunity to talk to you about my real estate business here in Northwest Indiana.   I work from my home office in Valparaiso with a company called Boulder Bay Realty Group.  I specialize in all types of residential properties from small homes to huge executive properties, from vacant land to large horse properties.  I am primarily a Listing Agent and I also work with a small group of buyers and investors.

As a Listing Agent, I excel at pricing and marketing my listed properties.  When you and I agree to meet to talk about selling your property, the first thing I do is explain that before I can prepare a professional market analysis, I must see your home.  When I am comfortable with all the details of your property, I can then look at comparable property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  I study currently listed, active property, past 6 months of sold property, and expired listings that did not sell.  When all this information is compiled, I return to explain the details of my report, and also to explain my listing process and marketing plan.

I have an extensive marketing campaign that is provided to all sellers who trust the sale of their property to me.  I have completed an extensive internet marketing course and I have earned the professional designation of e-PRO.  With the completion of this course, I have completed my personal website:  www.maryannMaki.com and also this blog.  My personal website gives me the opportunity for you to reach out to me for information, and this blog gives me the opportunity for me to reach out to you providing you with information and also respond to me on the blog.  It's a fantastic combination of tools for both of us to utilize in this incredibly exciting cyber world.

 Today is the beginning of my blog information to you.  Each day I will add more information explaining how I sell real estate, and which forms of real estate I specialize in.  I welcome any questions or suggestions from all of you and I will respond promotly.
