Seems more like a rocket ship several years ago than a bubble.  The cycle that we were in was so unrealistic and unsustainable that you either had to be in a trance, completely unconscious or dead to not see the free fall back to earth we were in store for eventually.  Just as you need fuel to power the ship in order to keep it climbing we needed the same and unfortunately for lots of people, the ship ran out of fuel.  Disappointed??  Not in the market-which I love and would not trade for anything, any place-disappointed in our "experts" and those whose job is to protect and direct-and yes-sometimes, despite ourselves(some of us need more protecting than others) protect us often from our own selves and selfishness.    Alright!  Show of hands, who was surprised when we started to come back to earth in the real estate and related offshoots of same?
