 January brought 30 sales in the office. February followed with 40 Sales. March busted out with 50 sales in the office. April is also on it's way to be a very strong month. We are cleaning up the bottom and before you know it prices will be increasing.

I have read a few reports around the country that makes it look like the market is recovering.  I am hoping for a strong summer.
