Many times a buying client will ask for something different, something unique, "no cookie cutter" houses to me!  Their purchase price range is not large enough for, say, Sequoyah Hills or a mountain mansion...they want a place to park their automobiles:  NOT an downtown history home with limited parking...Which areas do you think about?

This quiet neighborhood offers an abundance of housing possibilities.  Prices range from below $100,000 to over $800,000:  A WIDE variety of homes and stlyes, but that have a "look" that's Island Home:  Frequently bunglow or two story ginger breads, craftsmans cottages to enormous mansious...the most predominate age is 65, though some are much newer.  They range is size from less than 1000 square feet to over 4500 square feet...something for everyone

Condition?  The same range:  absolutely breath-takingly beautiful to a home you can remodel to fit your personality and truly make a statement that reflects your likes and your taste and style.

Many have hardwood floors, wood window sills, marble fireplaces; Rumor has it there may be a Barber and Murry home or at the very least, Barber influence can be seen in many of the homes.

Because of the broad price range, many purchasers feel comfortable putting alot of money in the remodeling, thinking they can get it back on re-sale, even in today's market, because  the reputation and history of ISLAND HOME PARK makes this a popular and desirable place to live.
