Massachusetts State Exam

I am currently licensed in New Hampshire and would like to take the Mass. Real Estate exam. Does anyone know where I can obtain study material that relates to Mass. specific laws? I have the Rules & Regulations book - but it does not appear to cover all the topics as outlined in the Exam handbook. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
