With “TEXT-the-Domain” prospective homebuyers are able to quickly receive listing details on their cell phone. In turn, the agent receives the prospects cellular phone number allowing them to follow-up with the prospect directly.

Here’s how it works: A potential Buyer pulls up to a home for sale; Prompted by the Domain Rider sign, he or she uses a cell phone to text message the property's “Domain Name” to 79274. Within seconds a text message is returned to the Buyer's phone with information about the home (including a description, number of beds and baths, and price) and a second message with the agent's contact information. The potential buyer can view photos, a detailed description of the property, and even access a special mobile ready website created specifically for the property. If interested, the Buyer can then request a callback from the agent, a property brochure via email, or schedule a showing. The agent is notified immediately, calls the buyer, and accelerates the sale.

This new service can be added to any Listing Domains website for a one time fee and comes with special TEXT-the-Domain sign rider options. Because the system is fully integrated, the property details and photos are automatically pulled from Listing Domains, leaving no extra data entry for the agent.
