With more real estate professionals turning their attention to online advertising, ListingDomains.com, innovator of the single listing website, announced a company record of over 1,000,000 website visits in June and July 2007. Properties Online's "ListingDomains.com" is the market leader for individual property websites. With the wealth of information the property sites offer, the typical Internet buyer stays on average 4 minutes and 56 seconds.

So what is driving traffic to these websites? Turns out, there are several ways to drive traffic. The websites come with a unique Domain Rider sign that funnels busy internet surfers directly to the property they are interested in. The sites are also syndicated to Google Base, Trulia and other top property portals. The agents and homeowners drive a lot of traffic simply by telling their colleagues, friends and family to check out their property website. With over 80% of homebuyers now using the Internet to search for a home, Amanda Cornelius, co-founder of Properties Online, LLC is projecting a bright future for the Northern California based company.
