Has anyone heard of the Harbor Funding Group

Hi Everyone,

A client with credit problems recently contacted me about a Company. Has anyone ever heard of the Harbor Funding Group. The buy houses for people under a 2 year lease to own program, Just wondering googled them and can't seem to find a whole lot about them. Thanks

I recently looked at this company and my research has led me to believe it is a fraud. apparently they supposedly have investors to buy your house for you, what they dont tell you is that they dont have adequate investors and they try to low ball any offers for your home. BEWARE!!!

Bill Lange owns this company and anther called First Fianancial Consultants............It's a SCAM!! I wish I had researched it more and now I'm out 2,000 K. Like the person above indicated, they don't have adequate investors, they low ball for houses(doesn't work with this economy; furthermore, they don't communicate with you and you usually hear from the seller and your own realtor that this company, again, doesn't have the funds. They won't return phone calls or e-mails after you've been scammed. I've contacted the WA BBB and attorney general.......along with AZ attorney general too. DON'T do business with this company!!

If anyone has gotten ripped off by Harbor Funding or Bill Lange, please get in touch with me Scott@realestatetpm.com . I currently have a criminal ongoing investigation with the US Attorney's Office. They are gathering information for an immenent indictment. FYI the USAO is much more suited to handle this than the attorney general.
