Wondering if this is the Harbor Funding Group out of Gig Harbor, Washington?  I'd be interested in knowing anything anyone has on this company.

Bill Lange owns this company and anther called First Fianancial Consultants............It's a SCAM!!   I wish I had researched it more and now I'm out 2,000 K.  Like the person above indicated, they don't have adequate investors, they low ball for houses(doesn't work with this economy; furthermore, they don't communicate with you and you usually hear from the seller and your own realtor that this company, again, doesn't have the funds.  They won't return phone calls or e-mails after you've been scammed.  I've contacted the WA BBB and attorney general.......along with AZ attorney general too.  DON'T do business with this company!!

If anyone has gotten ripped off by Harbor Funding or Bill Lange, please get in touch with me Scott@realestatetpm.com .  I currently have a criminal ongoing investigation with the US Attorney's Office.  They are gathering information for an immenent indictment.  FYI the USAO is much more suited to handle this than the attorney general.

Harbor Funding is but one of many of Bill (William Cass) Lange's business ventures. Prior to operating in Washington, he was a scam artist in Alaska, ripping off people for hundreds of thousands. He filed bankrupcty several years ago, owing one person no less than a million dollars.

You have a greater chance of being hit by a meteor than recovering your funds from any venture that includes Bill Lange.

Other than the  US Attorney's Office, where else might our complaints on Harbor Funding Group be made to?  I live in MD.

Please do not do business with this company.  My husband got involved with them as First Commercial Consultants, different name, same scam.  They will not follow through on anything that they claim except for taking your money.  Please go another route, I would hate for anyone to go through what we have.

My mother has been through hell with another company belonging to Harbor Funding. It is called Alternative Financial out of Eugene Oregon, but hte heading also includes Harbor Funding as its main office out of Gig Harbor Washington.  We have this company under investigation for Financial fraud, predatory lending , money laundering, and stalking.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
