<p> According to Phyllis Yochem of the <em>Corpus Christi Caller Times,</em> Port Aransas was the place to be to see birds, especially warblers and flycatchers. Canada warblers, Magnolia warblers and Blackburnian warblers were sited. Among species present this year were black-polls, cerulean and chestnut-sided warblers. Flycatchers reported were eastern kingbirds, eastern wood pewees, and yellow-bellied. However, during pre-launch they are selling this lifetime membership for only $1,298 with no additional fees of any kind. No maintenance, transfer, or monthly fees. I thought this is a no brainer as savings from just one vacation would pay for the entire membership. </p> <p> But what sold me was the fact they have unlimited guest passes. Passes you can give to customer, employees, family and friends. I thought what a great marketing idea. Those customers are sure to talk about how they got a free vacation to their family and friends, sending you more business. </p> <p> One more additional perk.
