Here's a great place to start a discussion on the 12 tactics for tough times discussed in SHIFT.

I attended the SHIFT book tour in Atlanta last week headed up by Dave Jenkins and it was great. My office had already started delving into the 12 tactics and a "book club" is on the way.

#1 is Mindset and Action - kind of like suit up and show up!

When I think of what we are doing as Realtors we are in the business of helping to bring families and homes together and in doing so, we are helping with the issues around housing. </p> <p> So when it comes to our respective budgets Please Don't forget what we are truly doing here. We can make cuts to our marketing and advertising. Shift has a very basic message, serve the client and offer what they are looking for. Do they really care about all of our gadgets we possess and if we are NUMBER 1, No they simply want to have our help and use our expertise and be advised by our professionalism.
