Hello, my name is Chip Jefferson. I am a life time resident of Lexington South Carolina. So it comes natural for me to know the Lexington, Columbia and Lake Murray South Carolina markets. I have watched it grow and prosper. My unique career experiences give me valuable insight to the heartbeat of the midlands S.C area. My 25 + years of experience in Real Estate and Mortgage is a valuable asset to my buying or my selling clients. My personal life has been my driving force throughout my career. Family is above all. I have been married to my wonderful wife Laura Jefferson for 16 years. We have 4 amazingly magnificent children that inspire us both as we watch them grow and flourish as gods children. There is no greater joy than that of mentoring and watching your Legacy grow.

We attend Mt Horeb United Methodist Church here in Lexington S.C and we both are very active in our great community. Coaching recreational league sports and travel ball organized play, to working in the many areas of our schools and social organizations. We try to give as much as we receive. We are truly blessed in all that we give and in all that we receive.
