I hope someone can help. When using XP it was easy to add new email user via the control panel. We could then each have our own email log in for outlook.

However, now that I am using Vista, I cannot do this. It tells me if Outlook is installed I should be able to go in to control panel and click "mail" and add new user. But there is no Mail link in there for me to go to.

Help? and Thanks

Hello again Lisa, you should be able to create a new profile in outlook by doing a right click on the outlook icon from the quick list ( start Outlook) and go to properties\show profiles\add new profile or you can go to the control panel and click and open the icon MAIL then show profiles.

Good Luck
