Contacts on my palm

I switched to a new outlook because I had to erase everything on my hard drive and now I reinstalled it. Now when I try and download to my palm it will not take the contacts from the palm and add them to my outlook on my computer. Any ideas?

This happened to me too. There is a Palm updater you need to download. I did this on line with www.Palmone.com. It took care of it.
