<p> I was recently updated from bellsouth.net to att.net yahoo in the midst of this and in opening my outlook 2003 for the first time since, it is importing all 7500 messages from att.net and I don&#39;t need that. how can I stop that but yet receive new emails send in past 3 -4 days. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

<p> A month or so ago I had to change ISP providers. I now check my old personal email address on the web and have changed all the settings I can find so that when I hit reply it is sent from my new personal cox.net account but it still shows it coming from my old email account.. how can I change that? Anyone know? <p> Occassionally my Outlook rules don&#39;t work. The issue seems to coincide with receiving a lot of email at one time. Does this ever happen to you?<br /> I&#39;m using Outlook 2003. Does the 2007 version have more reliable rules functionality. </p>

<p> I switched to a new outlook because I had to erase everything on my hard drive and now I reinstalled it. Now when I try and download to my palm it will not take the contacts from the palm and add them to my outlook on my computer. Any ideas? </p>

<p> I just switched from outlook express to outlook 2007 and every time I open outlook up it asks me for the password even when I check the box to save it. Also the program is slow to respond in comparison to outlook express. </p> <p> Does anybody have the answer to this problems? </p>

<p> Hello! </p> <p> I have lost the section in the inbox toolbar that is for the received dates. I have NO CLUE how that happened. Can anyone tell me how to get it back? THIS is the main way I check my emails. I just returned from a 5-day absences and had 155 emails, plus the ones I had not deleted earlier. Now they are all mixed up. Yet the very next day the same e-Mails get through. They are in the blocked sender list ( I have checked) - they are not in the safe sender list (I have checked) so why do they still get through? &quot;</span> </p>

<p> When I receive an email that is also sent to other email addresses and click &#39;Reply To All&#39; I would like my email address to not be included in the response. Is there a setting that can do this? </p>

<p> I am so grateful for the information this group is providing. When I hit a bump in the road you keep me rolling. </p> <p> I save all of the emails to and from all parties in a transaction and then export it to a file and save it when that transaction is done. Then I burn all of the documents involved in the transaction as well as the email folder to a CD to save in addition to the hard copy file. Today I needed to retreive some of these emails for the first time. I is denying me access. HELP! these are important. Any suggestions? </p>
