First, Welcome to <strong>All Things Outlook</strong>!
</p>
<p>
While my company does sell an addin (<a href="http://www.realeseller.com">RealeSeller</a>) for Outlook, that is not the primary purpose for this discussion area. I know that there are many, many questions related to Outlook and its sister programs like Word and Publisher that need answers. Hopefully here is where you can get them. If you consider yourself an expert on Outlook, Word, Publisher, or any other program in the Microsoft Office suite, please contact me if you would like to be added as an expert in this group. All questions and suggestions for this subject and this group are welcome.<br />
<br />
Please start a new thread when asking a new question please.

<p>
To make things a little easier to answer, please post the following information along with your question or problem as it may make a difference as to the answer you get:

If you would like to get a <strong><a href="http://www.shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=74872&u=318180&m=11963&urllink=&afftrack=">FREE copy of Outlook 2007</a></strong>, most if not all companies that host Microsoft Exchange Server mailboxes will give you a copy of the software to use as long as you have their mailbox and the cost is only about $10 a month. This gives you several things in addition to a free copy of Outlook 2007. The Automatic Backup of your database, as well as the ability to check your email and see your client data, tasks, calendar, etc. online from any computer with a browser and an internet connection. Email can also be pushed to your phone if you wish (an extra charge). Those with Blackberry's love that!<br />
<br />
One thing to remember if you are currently using Microsoft Office 2003. While you can replace Outlook 2003 with Outlook 2007, your suite of programs may not act like they do now. Automatically using some 2003 programs after installing Outlook 2007 may no longer be possible so just keep that in mind before trying to install the free version of Outlook 2007. Mail merge, etc. may be affected in an adverse manner.<br />
<br />
The majority of our current customers that are using Outlook with an exchange server are using <a href="http://www.shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=74872&u=318180&m=11963&urllink=&afftrack=">123together.com</a> and I can tell you from personal experience, they are top shelf! And they also offer the free copy of Outlook 2007. And once installed, you can also install <a href="http://www.realeseller.com">RealeSeller</a> and try it out. <a href="http://www.realeseller.com">RealeSeller</a> works perfectly with an exchange server. Remember to go offline before you install RealeSeller over Outlook as the exchange server will be trying to sync Outlook during the install process and that sometimes causes weird things to happen.<br />
<br />
Wishing a Happy and Prosperous New Year to everyone!<br />

I'm getting a lot of requests to attend the <strong>Introduction to RealeSeller</strong> class so I thought I'd just go ahead and post this sticky and make it easy to send me a request for a space.<br />
<br />
Normal classes are held every Tuesday from 10AM to Noon CST.<br />
<br />
Each class is limited to 15 students / observers so if it overflows I will schedule another class and give you a choice to take the newly scheduled class, probably on the Thursday following the Tuesday you wanted, or the next Tuesday class already on the schedule.<br />
<br />
Just click the button below and it will launch an email. Just put your name and number at the bottom. I'll take care of the rest.<br />

I'm in the market for a new laptop with windows 7. As a Realtor I want to be able to have a client sign a contract on the computer screen for much better efficiency. I've heard that tablet computers have some inherit problems that normal laptops don't. Also, aren't the new laptops that are coming out have touchscreens where I assume a client could sign any contract? I'm willing to pay for a good quality portable computer but don't want to over spend for something I don't need. Also, are most people going to web based programs?

I have outlook 2007 with VIsta. For the past 2 weeks I have been unable to send or receive from mid-afternoon until midnight. At exactly midnight my outlook begins working property. The problem only occurs at home with my Hughesnet ISP on both my laptop and desktop. My laptop works fine throughout the day if I am working off of a different ISP. Problem is not related to my router since it occurs when I am wired directly to the internet.
</p>
<p>
My internet service provide insists that it is a Microsoft problem because my webmail works throught the day. Microsoft insists it is an ISP problem because it occurs on both of my Outlook programs and is not a problem if I use different ISP. Help?

I hope someone can help. When using XP it was easy to add new email user via the control panel. We could then each have our own email log in for outlook.
</p>
<p>
However, now that I am using Vista, I cannot do this. It tells me if Outlook is installed I should be able to go in to control panel and click "mail" and add new user. But there is no Mail link in there for me to go to.
</p>
<p>
Help? and Thanks

Would appreciate hearing from others who use MS Exchange. I signed up yestersday for Mailstreet.com and am having issues that they don't seem to be able to resolve. I'm getting some emails and not others, that I know were sent to me. I can't do business this way, never knowing what business emails I am missing. Have spent a couple of hours with their tech support. I'm on a 30 day trial, so would really appreciate hearing from others who are getting good service. Thanks!

I have a new Blackberry Bold an am considering how to connect to Outlook.
</p>
<p>
It appears there are two choices, 1, to connect directly to Outlook on the laptop through a connecting cable or Bluetooth, or 2. through an "enterprise" connection.
</p>
<p>
My Outlook (2003) is on my laptop. Op sys is WinXP Home. I want my contacts, calendar and notes synced with the BB.
</p>
<p>
I'm not sure about e-mail as I get around 200 a day and don't know if I want to see them all on the BB. I think I can probably delete the 95% spam best directly on Outlook which I access several times a day.
</p>
<p>
1. has the advantage of working when offline and no monthly expense.
</p>
<p>
2. has the advantage of online storage of the data base.
</p>
<p>
Thoughts, advise and experiences please.
</p>
<p>
ps. the BB as a tethered modem far outperforms my old AT&T aircard.

All of a sudden I am not able to click on on any link in any real estate newsletter (that usually takes me online to the subject item). I get an error message with the red round ball and an 'X' in the middle saying 'This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator'. Help! I have no clue what has happened.

Help! I use outlook 2003 and lately I have been receiving error messages when sending or receiving. I have 3 email addresses and one will refuse to send, then the next time it works. Later, another will refuse to receive, then work again. Completely inconsistent, no changes have been made in the way the pop or smtp servers are configured. Any ideas?

I have a huge number of messages carefully sorted into many folders (various cases, organizations, family, etc. ) I find what I want relatively easily, but I'd like to be able to save separate folders on flash drive or CD, both for safety's sake and to be able to get off the computer a lot of things I still need to keep. How can I do this?
