I know that there are many, many questions related to Outlook and its sister programs like Word and Publisher that need answers. Hopefully here is where you can get them. If you consider yourself an expert on Outlook, Word, Publisher, or any other program in the Microsoft Office suite, please contact me if you would like to be added as an expert in this group. All questions and suggestions for this subject and this group are welcome.<br />

If you would like to get a <strong><a href="http://www.shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=74872&u=318180&m=11963&urllink=&afftrack=">FREE copy of Outlook 2007</a></strong>, most if not all companies that host Microsoft Exchange Server mailboxes will give you a copy of the software to use as long as you have their mailbox and the cost is only about $10 a month. This gives you several things in addition to a free copy of Outlook 2007. The Automatic Backup of your database, as well as the ability to check your email and see your client data, tasks, calendar, etc. online from any computer with a browser and an internet connection. Email can also be pushed to your phone if you wish (an extra charge). Those with Blackberry's love that!<br />
<br />
One thing to remember if you are currently using Microsoft Office 2003. While you can replace Outlook 2003 with Outlook 2007, your suite of programs may not act like they do now. Automatically using some 2003 programs after installing Outlook 2007 may no longer be possible so just keep that in mind before trying to install the free version of Outlook 2007. Mail merge, etc. may be affected in an adverse manner.<br />
<br />
The majority of our current customers that are using Outlook with an exchange server are using <a href="http://www.shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=74872&u=318180&m=11963&urllink=&afftrack=">123together.com</a> and I can tell you from personal experience, they are top shelf! And they also offer the free copy of Outlook 2007. And once installed, you can also install <a href="http://www.realeseller.com">RealeSeller</a> and try it out. <a href="http://www.realeseller.com">RealeSeller</a> works perfectly with an exchange server. Remember to go offline before you install RealeSeller over Outlook as the exchange server will be trying to sync Outlook during the install process and that sometimes causes weird things to happen.<br />

I am just recovering from my Vista locking up after I tried to execute a simple Checkdisk! Had to recover vital info on drive C and reload. I reloaded Office 2007 and just got Outlook reconfigured with email provider. Next day Outlook would not open or "Start" error message.

Any ideas It is trying to start and all other Office programs work fine. Spent 2 hrs. working with Time-warner tech to no avail.

If I reload the Office programs does anyone know if I will wipe all the emails out When the tech set up the account he forgot to check the feature to save all emails on providers servers so my only copies are on this Outlook.

We built another profile and managed to move the .pst files to that Outlook but they were not complete. For some reason most emails moved but none of the addresses or calendars etc.

Hello. I just had to copy & wipe my hard drive after executing a checkdisk that locked it up. Was running fine. After reloading Windows Vista Home Premium I loaded Office 2007 and called internet provider to configure account. He did not activate the feature that would have saved all emails on provider's server so it uploaded everything to my Outlook (50 MB of important saved email, calendar & addressbook data).

Outlook worked fine for one night then next day got error message: "Cannot start MS Outlook . Cannot open the Outlook window". Tech spent 3 hrs. trying to open but could not. managed to save .pst files and paste to "C" and create a new profile and import them. That Outlook on 2nd profile opened fine. The .pst files are not complete ie no calendars or addressbooks transferred so I need to figure out if Outlook can be oened somehow.

Q-Can I reload Office on original profile without wiping out all data in Outlook?

the past week I've been receiving multiple repeating emails every time my Outlook downloads from the server!! ie; I will have 5-6 copies of the same email from the same person and I can't figure out how to correct this. no changes to my settings, have my email set to delete from server every 1 day or upon deleting in trash. I get email on my iphone as well as my computer so that's why I need it to stay on server for 1 day.
