I've lost count of the number of computers I've logged in to and they are not up to date with the latest installs of software used on a daily basis. The links I've listed below are for some of the most common and necessary updates currently available. Don't wait until something happens before you update, update your computer now.

First, Welcome to <strong>All Things Outlook</strong>!
</p>
<p>
While my company does sell an addin (<a href="http://www.realeseller.com">RealeSeller</a>) for Outlook, that is not the primary purpose for this discussion area. I know that there are many, many questions related to Outlook and its sister programs like Word and Publisher that need answers. Hopefully here is where you can get them. If you consider yourself an expert on Outlook, Word, Publisher, or any other program in the Microsoft Office suite, please contact me if you would like to be added as an expert in this group. All questions and suggestions for this subject and this group are welcome.<br />
<br />
Please start a new thread when asking a new question please.
</p>
<p>
To make things a little easier to answer, please post the following information along with your question or problem as it may make a difference as to the answer you get:
</p>
<p>
<strong>Operating system:</strong> Windows 2000, XP, Vista and service pack if known.<br />
<strong>Outlook Version:</strong> Outlook 2000, 2002, 2003, 2007 and service pack if known.<br />

If you would like to get a <strong><a href="http://www.shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=74872&u=318180&m=11963&urllink=&afftrack=">FREE copy of Outlook 2007</a></strong>, most if not all companies that host Microsoft Exchange Server mailboxes will give you a copy of the software to use as long as you have their mailbox and the cost is only about $10 a month. This gives you several things in addition to a free copy of Outlook 2007. The Automatic Backup of your database, as well as the ability to check your email and see your client data, tasks, calendar, etc. online from any computer with a browser and an internet connection. Email can also be pushed to your phone if you wish (an extra charge). Those with Blackberry's love that!<br />
<br />
One thing to remember if you are currently using Microsoft Office 2003. While you can replace Outlook 2003 with Outlook 2007, your suite of programs may not act like they do now. Automatically using some 2003 programs after installing Outlook 2007 may no longer be possible so just keep that in mind before trying to install the free version of Outlook 2007. Mail merge, etc. may be affected in an adverse manner.<br />
<br />
The majority of our current customers that are using Outlook with an exchange server are using <a href="http://www.shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=74872&u=318180&m=11963&urllink=&afftrack=">123together.com</a> and I can tell you from personal experience, they are top shelf! And they also offer the free copy of Outlook 2007. And once installed, you can also install <a href="http://www.realeseller.com">RealeSeller</a> and try it out. <a href="http://www.realeseller.com">RealeSeller</a> works perfectly with an exchange server. Remember to go offline before you install RealeSeller over Outlook as the exchange server will be trying to sync Outlook during the install process and that sometimes causes weird things to happen.<br />
<br />
Wishing a Happy and Prosperous New Year to everyone!<br />

I'm getting a lot of requests to attend the <strong>Introduction to RealeSeller</strong> class so I thought I'd just go ahead and post this sticky and make it easy to send me a request for a space.<br />
<br />
Normal classes are held every Tuesday from 10AM to Noon CST.<br />
<br />
Each class is limited to 15 students / observers so if it overflows I will schedule another class and give you a choice to take the newly scheduled class, probably on the Thursday following the Tuesday you wanted, or the next Tuesday class already on the schedule.<br />
<br />
Just click the button below and it will launch an email. Just put your name and number at the bottom. I'll take care of the rest.<br />

Is it possible to have your email addressed removed when using "Reply All" in Outlook? I'd like to avoid receiving an email that I was written by me. <br />
Manually deleting my address from the email is a nuisance. I supposed I could set up a rule to filter messages sent from me, but I'm hoping there is a better way.

hi,
</p>
<p>
the past week I've been receiving multiple repeating emails every time my Outlook downloads from the server!! ie; I will have 5-6 copies of the same email from the same person and I can't figure out how to correct this. no changes to my settings, have my email set to delete from server every 1 day or upon deleting in trash. I get email on my iphone as well as my computer so that's why I need it to stay on server for 1 day.
</p>
<p>
I've called my hosting company, Verio, and so far they don't seem to be able to help. any ideas?

I am trying to get my hotmail to appear in my Outlook 2003 account. It was working and stopped so I deleted it and now I can't get the program to accept a new account. I tried downloading the "Exchange" but that didn't help. How do I get my Hotmail back into my Outlook program?

The inevitable happened and my 5 year old workhorse has gone on to the great world of laptops in the sky. Now I am confronted with buying Microsft Office again. Noticed that there are "authorized resellers". One of which is Costcaptain.com. They show the price for the professional version at a very low price - $159.00. Does anyone know if this is legit. Or could someone recommend a source for the Small Business Version possibly or the Professional Version. These are the applications that I would want: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook (hopefully with Contact Managetr) and Publisher. Naturally looking for the best deal possible.
</p>
<p>
Thanks, Mary

Need some advice please! Here's the situation: I am currently serving my association as 2010 president, and i will be doing a monthly newsletter to the membership. I will create the letter and email it to our Association Executive; she will then do a mass email using the membership database. We did this earlier this month, but it confused many of the members because it appeared to be from her. We would like to add a new email account in her 2003 Outlook account (sorry, I put 2007 in the subject line) that will appear to be from me. Does anyone know if this is possible? She tried to create a second account using my name, and all it did was start duplicating all the messges she sends. We did several test runs, but nothing is working. Thanks for any advice!!
