Not very long ago I wrote a blog entry about Microsoft's Sky Drive, 25 gigs of free online storage space.  This Office Live Workspace is a part of the Windows Live system.  It's a complete system, and currently free.  You get Email (sign up for a free hotmail account), a calendar, contacts section, online photos, and more.  Once you sign up, you can get started using your space.  We use the Sky Drive to store our entire RealeSeller web site as well as other files.  It's a backup of our backup.  You can never be to careful.  This whole system can tie in to Microsoft Office. 


Sharing specific documents with your clients has never been easier.  You can set up a separate folder for each of your clients and put any documents you want to share in the folder.  You can even allow them to edit and update the document.  How much access you give others is up to you.

How to get started using your workspace:

• Step 2: Add documents to your workspaces so you can access them anytime, anywhere, and from any computer connected to the Internet. You 'll never forget a file again! 
  
  
  
   
• Step 3: Share your workspaces with friends and colleagues so everyone can work on the same document in one central location. Since nobody can view or edit the files without your permission, you're always in control. 
  
  
   

This is so easy to set up and use!  Try it yourself.  Since it's free, something we all like, there is nothing to lose by trying it.  Once you start using it you will probably figure out many ways to use it in your business.
