Here's a post.  I haven't entered anything to my Blog for a long time. I'm still having trouble getting comfortable with the RSS feeds.  Really simple? Not! Anyway, you'll see a picture of my wife Patricia and our dog Lady Rufus, a Welsh Pembroke Corgi.  Both Pat and I are Real Estate Agents.  I have the e-PRO and GRI designations, she has the GRI. We are basically located in the San Juan Capistrano area.  However, our office there was closed, so we simply transferred over to Monarch Beach in Dana Point, California, where we were originally hired.  We just celebrated our tenth anniversary with RE/MAX Real Estate Services.  We served in a few other offices for about three years before that. So that's my story, and I'm sticking to it!  You'll be hearing more from us as time goes on.  Larry & Patricia & Lady Rufus, the 'Team'
