This is a notice to all Topproducer users |

Your email has been blacklisted by yahoo.com for about a month now. The worst part is Topproducer is doing nothing about it, and say they are not responsible.
I have had over 170 email returned in the last 2 weeks saying "delivery temporarily suspended - temporarily deferred due to user complaints" Topproducer refuses to take responsibility because they do not want to have to compensate the users.
Topproducer product is a marginal CRM and there customer support is equivalent. Looking for a new CRM and strongly suggest to anybody using this product to find a new one. And for users that are considering this product to stay far away

1. RE: This is a notice to all Topproducer users
Top Producer is not the only one Yahoo has chosen to block. There are massive issues at Yahoo that are effecting all sorts of organizations who try to send to their clients using Yahoo. I spoke with a title company executive a few weeks ago that said the have not been able to send to Yahoo for over a month through their own hosted e-mail system.
It does not take much to get in the bad graces of Yahoo and/or Comcast for that matter. What matters is how good the support team of your provider is to get that issue resolved. 2 weeks honestly is not that bad (and this comes from a quasi-competitor of TP). TP is a decent single user tool for contact management if that is what you are looking for. If you are looking for true CRM for your organization there are some good options (blatant self-promotion, sorry)
