InternetCrusade cannot fix topproducers problems |
I do not use Topproducer to host my domain or email and I do not use a topproducer email. Can you explain to me why changing my email server would do anything?
From what I have been told by Topproducer this is an issue they are having with yahoo.com and has nothing to do with my domain or email address. This is an issue with something called MX records, and all your email campaigns being sent from Topproduceronline will have a MX record for Topproducer regardless of who is hosting your email EVEN InternetCrusade.com.
This has been confirmed by the Email Tech Support for InternetCrusade.com and Topproducer between 3:00 - 4:00 CST on 02/18/08
The reason I have a problem is I have way too many leads coming in a daily to manually handle. I have spent much time customizing my campaigns so I do not want to have to do it again. Topproducers attitude is there is nothing they can do, it’s beyond their control. On top it I will have many agents joining my office that will need some type of uniform contact management solution.
