STAY AWAY FROM TOPPRODUCER, it is a very poor solution for contact management. Do be aware the mass mail and email campaign functions do not work anymore. Many domains have blacklisted topproducers email or any agent using topproducer will not be able to send emails to Yahoo.com, many domains being hosted by godaddy.com and many other hosting companies have blacklisted them. So if communicating with only have your clients is expectable then topproducer is the right program for you.

PS. by topproducer delay to fix this problem they are getting added to more blacklist every day. so once the yahoo.com issue is fixed they will still have to clear their blacklist status with many more companies.
