Looking for agents in the Northern Illinois area

Jul. 20, 2008

My name is Lanny Adleman with Edge Real Estate - Advanced Real Estate marketing. I am looking for some agents in the northern Illinois area. I would like someone who is familiar with internet leads and knows how to work with them.

I am an independent broker that have way more leads coming into my website than I can deal with, average 200 – 250 new leads per month - that may double in the next couple of month.

I would like to refer these leads to you for a 25% referral fee.

Areas I am looking for agents in are Lake County, Cook Count, Dupage County and Mchenry County.

I am not a lead generation company, I am a broker who developed a real estate website that works.

Looking to build a working relationship with realtors that are hard working and internet savvy.

If you like to work with buyers and feel that you can service the leads coming into my website please give me a call (847) 265-3343

About internet leads
User’s decision to work with you can be based on many things;

How knowledgeable you area about the areas they are considering. (City/town or areas of expertise; foreclosures, condos, lake front properties…)

How confident they feel in your skills as a Realtor. (Explaining the purchase and negotiating process.)

Do they feel you are working in their best interest or yours? (Do you put the client interest before yours? Are you will to make a deal happen knowing it is not in the client best interest but at least you get paid?)

Keeping this in mind, internet users do not know you and should not be expected to commit to you just because you called them or emailed them. Like many things in life you may have to earn their trust and commitment.

Anyone familiar with internet leads should realize that not all the information our users give us is valid, and not all user’s are waiting for a realtor to call them. Your skills and ability to gain their trust will result in your ability to turn internet home shoppers into internet clients.
