The River at The Bluffs

April 2008 Market Update

A review of the real estate activity at The River in The Bluffs for the last 12 months reveals that:

2 homes are currently for sale
2 listings were cancelled
1 listing is under contract
3 listings expired without selling, but 1 of these did relist
2 homes were sold

The two homes for sale are:

247 E River Park Dr listed at $395,000
111 Inner Harbour Way listed at $399,000

The home under contract is 114 Inner Harbour Way, which was listed at $349,000. I will report the sale’s price when it closes.

The two homes that sold were:

420 River Edge Dr sold on 5/11/07 for $380,000. It had been on the market for a total of 243 days and was listed at $399,000 when it sold.
179 Harbourside Circle sold on 8/28/07 for $435,000. It had been on the market for 164 days and was listed at $450,000 when it sold.
