Seaview at Juno Beach
 April 2008 Market Update

A review of the real estate activity at Seaview for the last 12 months reveals that:

·        3 homes are currently for sale
·        1 listing was cancelled
·        1 listing expired without selling, but did relist
·        2 homes were sold

The current active listings range from $399,900 to $949,500 and have been on the market for an average of 142 days. This average is a little misleading in that one home was listed previously for 399 days and then relisted. This is 756 Seaview Dr, now listed at $399,900.

Two homes sold in 2007 (none have yet sold in 2008):

·        721 Seaview sold on 12/3/07 for $892,500. It had been on the market for 370 days and was listed at $1,199,900 when it sold.
·        753 Seaview sold on 5/7/07 for $415,000. It had been on the market for 238 days and was listed at $479,000 when it sold.
